A Curriculum.

KD Dance Studio, Inc. is committed to offering a high-quality dance education that fosters a love of dance and inspires creativity through movement. Our vision is to positively impact and enhance lives through dance, both personally and within our community. We provide classes that challenge students physically and mentally, encourage growth through positive coaching and performance opportunities, and highlight the benefits of dance for personal wellbeing and community connection.

Creative Movement

Independent dance that builds coordination, listening & motor skills, and a love of movement for our youngest dancers.

Levels 1 & 2

Foundational technique across ballet, jazz & tap. Building vocabulary, alignment, strength and flexibility. Modern, Acro Dance, Hip Hop, Pom Dance and Theater Jazz are introduced at Level 1 & 2.

Intermediate

Lessons will continue to inspire your young dancer and increasing their coordination, strength, technique, and terminology. Lyrical and Pointe are offered starting at this level.

Advanced

Lessons progressing at the most challenging level to continue to foster the love of the art of dance and instill appreciation for music & choreography.

This well-rounded approach prepares dancers for college programs, audition processes, and life beyond the studio.

Rhythm, performance quality, and versatility are trained alongside technique from day one.

Classical ballet forms the backbone of every level — it's the foundation everything else is built on.

Our dancers take the ice at a Pittsburgh Penguins home game — a bucket-list moment for any young performer.
