Modern/Acro is an exciting class that combines creative movement and artistic expression with strength, flexibility, and acrobatic skill development. Dancers are encouraged to explore movement through music, emotion, imagery, and storytelling while building confidence in a supportive and engaging environment.
Through Modern dance, students learn to move with freedom and creativity while exploring concepts such as breath, flow, time, space, and musicality. Acro training complements these skills by developing strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and body control through age-appropriate acrobatic progressions.
In this class, dancers will:

• Improve balance, body awareness, and control
• Learn musicality, rhythm, and movement quality
