Our Hip Hop & Acro dance class is a high-energy favorite that combines the fun and excitement of Hip Hop with the strength, flexibility, and athletic skills of Acro. Designed for dancers ages 5-9, this class keeps students moving while building confidence, coordination, and a strong foundation in both dance and acrobatic technique.
Each class begins with an upbeat warm-up before dancers learn age-appropriate Hip Hop combinations inspired by today's music and movement styles. Acro training is incorporated into every lesson through stretching, conditioning, and skill progressions that help dancers safely develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body control.
Lessons build upon previously learned skills, making regular attendance and practice important as dancers continue to grow and gain confidence throughout the season.
